Institutional investors are increasingly faced with a fundamental structural decision: should they opt for more individualised club deal models with greater say, or diversified multi-investor funds with established processes and broad risk diversification?

In this exclusive workshop, institutional investors will discuss among themselves how governance requirements, regulatory frameworks, internal decision-making processes and ESG requirements influence the choice of investment structure. What role do influence rights, alignment, manager selection and reporting play? Where are the operational limits – and which models are more efficient in the long term?

Please note: Binding registration is required. Due to limited space, we will conduct a brief check-in immediately before the start of the workshops to ensure that only institutional investors participate.

We do not send out separate tickets for the workshop, as you are already registered for INVESTMENTexpo 2026 and therefore have access to the event venue. You will receive a confirmation of registration from us after you have registered. You will then be added to the list of participants for the workshop.
